Terms and Conditions of Service RealtyEase
RealtyEase Communications and Fees
Consent to Communication: By using RealtyEase Co’s services, you (“Subscriber”) grant RealtyEase Co permission to send text messages and emails related to the services provided.
Privacy: Subscriber information will be handled confidentially and subject to our privacy policy. We will not share your information with third parties.
Unsubscribe: Subscriber may unsubscribe from the communications list at any time by replying “CANCEL” to the text message or following the instructions in the email.
Messaging Rates: Subscriber acknowledges that, although participation in RealtyEase Co communications is free, standard mobile messaging rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier. Subscriber accepts any charges at Subscriber’s sole expense and releases RealtyEase Co from any and all liability related to such charges.
Release of Claims: Subscriber releases RealtyEase Co from any future claims related to messaging charges or communication received through RealtyEase Co services.
Ownership of Content: Subscriber acknowledges that the content of communications and services provided by RealtyEase Co are the exclusive property of RealtyEase Co. Subscriber agrees not to copy, sell or duplicate the content without the express written consent of RealtyEase Co.
Rate Structure:
Buyer or Seller Transaction: For a single-party transaction involving a buyer or seller, our fee is a flat fee of $300. This fee will be applied after successful closing of the transaction.
Dual Buyer and Seller Transaction: In the case of a transaction involving both a buyer and a seller, our fee will be $400 and will be paid upon successful closing of the transaction.
Monthly Package Services: Transaction Coordination services, Marketing Services and other services offered in the form of monthly packages are contracted by prepaying the service. The Subscriber has the flexibility to cancel these services at any time.
Inspection, Listing Uploading and Contract Preparation Services: These services are charged as one-time, prepaid fees. Each service request will be invoiced separately and must be paid prior to service being provided.
Payment Process: Upon successful closing of your real estate transaction, our fees will be invoiced according to the structure mentioned above. Invoices will be issued within 7 days of closing the transaction. Payment instructions and details will be provided on the invoice for your convenience. If Subscriber’s brokerage allows the RealtyEase Co fee to be included on the commission disbursement form, we will automatically add our fee for the closing agent to collect and pay at the time of closing. Invoices are due 7 days after receipt.
Acceptance of Terms: By using our services, the Subscriber fully accepts these Terms and Conditions and acknowledges having read and understood the previous points. If you do not agree to these terms, we recommend that you do not use RealtyEase Co. services.
