What is a transaction coordinator?

A transaction coordinator performs administrative tasks involved in a real estate transaction. We take care of the documentation from contract acceptance to closing. We monitor deadlines, handle paperwork, and ensure your files comply with regulations.

How will you keep me informed?

Before we begin working together, we will discuss your communication preferences. We send weekly update emails to inform you about the status of your files and pending items.

What are your work hours?

Our hours are 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 a.m. Monday through Friday and 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 a.m. on Saturdays. You can expect a response from us quickly during these hours and the next business day if you contact us after hours.

Will you contact my clients directly?

We work better and save you time if we can communicate directly with your client. However, we will channel communication through you if you prefer. We will always keep you up to date on important developments and deadlines and will copy you on correspondence with your clients.

Why hire a TC instead of a full or part-time assistant?

Hiring a Transaction Coordinator is an efficient middle ground. There are no overhead costs because we charge per file and we are already trained, which saves you administrative worries. You can use our services as needed, giving you flexibility.

How can you help me grow my business?

We help you make the most of your time by taking care of much of the administrative work in a real estate transaction, allowing you to focus on customer service and finding new opportunities.

What happens if my deal doesn’t close?

We’re committed to your success, so you don’t pay us until you close a deal. If a transaction fails, our services up to that point are free. We even handle releases and cancellations.

Can you prepare my offers or listing agreements?

We are fully licensed in the states of Florida and Georgia, so we can help prepare offers and listing agreements in both states. The fee is $50 for an offer and $30 for a listing agreement with terms provided by the agent. The rate applies regardless of the closing of the contract.

Can you handle transactions in states outside of Florida and Georgia?

Our primary services are focused on Florida and Georgia, but we are constantly expanding and may consider other states. Contact us for specific information.

Transaction Coordination and Marketing services are prepaid monthly rates, meaning you can cancel at any time. Inspection, Listing Upload and Contract Preparation services are prepaid fees applied per request.

What is the RealtyEase Co fee?

RealtyEase Co’s fee varies depending on the type of transaction and service package you choose. For a single buyer or seller transaction, our fee is $300, and for transactions involving both buyers and sellers, the fee is $400. Please see our Terms and Conditions for more details.

How are RealtyEase Co services paid for?

The payment method for RealtyEase Co services adapts to the nature of each service you choose. Transaction coordination services for Buyer, Seller and Dual Agents are invoiced and paid at the close of the transaction, giving you convenience and flexibility. On the other hand, our monthly Marketing and Transaction Coordination packages require a prepaid monthly fee, and you can cancel the subscription at any time, giving you greater control over your investment. Inspection, Listing Upload and Contract Preparation services are also paid for in advance before work begins on each application, for a hassle-free experience. To provide you with an even easier experience, we provide the option to add the Buyer, Seller and Dual Agent transaction coordination services fee to HUD and pay at closing. This allows you to manage your costs effectively and without complications.
